At Trio Kids Singapore, we care about your satisfaction. You may exchange or return your item(s) within 7 days of the sale date for a refund of your purchase price if the item is defective or damaged.
Goods that are defective or damaged upon delivery may be exchanged for the same item or a full refund may be issued, subject to Seller’s discretion. Buyer should save the Goods and all original boxes and packaging.
Please also include detailed pictures of items(s) received. Your replacement products/exchange will be processed within 2 working days from receiving the returned product.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please forward your sales confirmation email to email@example.com and request a exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
In the event that the item is out-of-stock, you can opt to exchange for any other available item, or receive a refund on the purchase.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any exchange bases on assessment of the product shown to us.
Take the package to your preferred shipping location to have it delivered back to us. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item(s) is defective. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
We highly recommend that you send your package in a manner that is trackable such as Singpost or Ninjavan with Delivery Confirmation to ensure receipt of your return, or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and will not be held responsible for returned items lost in transit.
To return item(s), please pack the item(s) and include the original packing slip. You can use the original box the item was shipped in, if possible. Make sure all items are packed tightly and securely. We’re not responsible for breakage during shipment of returned items.
